To use TerraMow app, you need an TerraMow account.

You can easily create one via your Email address. Based on the country or region you select, we will store and process your data in servers located in different regions around the globe， in accordance with local legal requirements or regulations.

If you want to delete your account

You can delete your account in the TerraMow app by the follows:

1. Go to “More” tab, and tap “Account”.
2. Tap the “Don’t want to use anymore?” button.
3. Tap the “Delete” button in the interface and pop-up window sequentially.

If you have any question on deleting account, you can send an email to support@terramow.com.

PLEASE NOTE: Your account information will be deleted after 7 days since you request delete. If you sign in to your account within 7 days of requesting its deletion, your account deletion request will be automatically cancelled.

If you want to change your account region

We do not currently offer the option to change the account region. Please follow the steps below:

1. Delete your account in the current region.
2. Change the region in the TerraMow app and re-create a new account after 7 days.
